What We Offer

Speed and Agility

Speed and agility training helps prepare your body for that 10 seconds of maximum exertion of energy. This allows you to coordinate a few or several sport specific tasks simultaneously.

Like an athlete catching a football and then making a series of evasive moves and cuts to avoid being tackled in order to advance the ball further down the field.

Speed and agility could be argued to be the primary determining factor to predict success in any sport

Conditioning

We believe in stressing conditioning for our athletes. By pushing the athletes we train their heart and lungs to pump blood more efficiently, this allows more oxygen to get to the muscles and organs.

If we push and focus on aerobic and anaerobic conditioning we will improve circulation to all muscles, decrease stress during a sporting event, and allow the athlete to worry about technique and not about breathing.
